Song Info:

            This song originally was prayer that I was writing out on December 19, 2002. I added onto it as it turned more into a song. But for some back ground info… For several months I was having problem with my life and my relationship with god. And I didn’t really understand them until the word “love” popped into my head. It wasn’t until then that I realized that I was looking for love in the wrong place “And not towards the sky”. I had this longing to love and to be loved but that can’t always be from a human. It needs to be from something that has love you before you very existence. For me and many people, we forget or don’t understand that and try to find love in other people but don’t comprehend why they can’t find any or why it just isn’t enough. It’s there everyday of you life… God’s love! If you or I can’t see it and or can’t accept it then “life in not worth living”. So we spend the rest of our life’s looking for true everlasting love and never finding it. This when I realized I was having problems because I wasn’t loving god. God love us but you can’t have a loving relationship and have it be one sided. I need to and always need to love him back.
